Refund & Returns Policy

At Purnata Organics, we take great care in packaging our organic products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we offer a strict refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only issued for products that arrive damaged or leaked during transit. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or personal taste preferences.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process a refund claim, customers are required to record a continuous video while opening the package for the first time.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label on the box.

  • The video must be uncut and unedited, showing the package being opened and the condition of the items inside.

  • Any damage or leakage must be clearly visible in the video.

Note: Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to entertain any claims for damages or missing items.

3. How to File a Claim

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at info@purnataorganic.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number.

  • The Unboxing Video attached.

4. Processing Time

Once your claim and video are verified by our team, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
